Cancellation

Depending on the rate you selected and the corresponding cancellation policy—Fully Flex, Semi Flex, or Non-Refundable—you can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival (Semi Flex) or 10 days before arrival (Fully Flex). In the case of a Non-Refundable rate, no refunds are possible.

Prepayment

After booking, the first 2 nights will be charged. The remaining balance must be paid 1 month or 2 weeks before arrival (depending on the cancellation policy of your booking).

Taxes and Service Fees

7% sales tax is included, we do not charge extra service costs.
